To secure a reservation at either property we require the following:
1. One-half (50%) of the total amount due (rental rate + house cleaning fee + tax); We will accept personal check, cashiers check, money order or credit card via PayPal (note: an additional 2.9% service fee will be charged if paying by credit card).
2. Signed Rental Ageement.
3. Full payment (remaining half) with a seperate refundable damage deposit ($500 for House or $250 for Condo) is required 30 days prior to occupancy.
4. Summer season rentals run from Friday to Friday for Wapato Point home. Prefer weekly rentals for Condo or 3 night minimum (check-in 4PM / check-out 11AM). No daily maid service provided at either property.
